Can you believe it’s already Friday? Actually can you believe it’s already August? Yeah me either. Let’s talk about some favorites from this past week!
On Monday we delivered Meals on Wheels for Junior Service again. It’s always my favorite service and I love that Jude is old enough to help me at some of the houses!
Back track a bit, I mentioned last Friday that it’s Craft Beer Week here in STL. Last Friday we went to the Brewer’s picnic and had a blast! E even got some swag to wear!
Then on Saturday we attended the Midwest Belgian Beer Fest. Then on Monday we had tickets to a food and beer pairing at Side Project with food from James Beard Winner Kevin Nashan. It was so much fun and so delicious!
Anyone else dreading the end of summer and start of school? Also trying to cram in every last activity that they put off all summer? Just me? Well we’ve been wanting to drive up to Greenville, IL to visit Marcoot Jersery Creamery for ever so we did that yesterday! I have about a million photos of baby cows I want to share, so I’ll do a full post soon. But for now, here’s Ezra petting one. We’ve been teaching him (ahem, Ezra, not the cow) to moo and it’s adorable.
We also went to lunch at Tim and Joe’s this week (one of my dad’s businesses) and I snapped this one of the boys. Love.
Did you hear? We’re headed to Kansas City next week to see the Cardinals play the Royals in the #I70Series! Send me all your favorite KC places!
Happy Friday Friends!
