Friday Favorites

Time for Friday Favorites friends!

Before I get started I want to say THANK YOU again to everyone who has left us sweet messages on Facebook, Instagram, and on the blog. You are all the sweetest!

So I’ve been pretty much MIA from all social media since Ezra was born, and that’s just life! We are soaking up being a family of four and so far it’s wonderful. And my camera roll is filled with pictures likes this…

And BTR’s camera roll is full of pictures like this…

Speaking of BTR, he has been working on the most EPIC nap time project this entire week while he’s been off work. Check out his Instagram to see some sneak peaks or it was on my Snapchat yesterday as well. I can. not. wait. to share the finished project with you all!

And speaking of BTR again, he goes back to work on Monday. And I’m already crying about it. I absolutely love having him home during the day and wish he could stay home forever. Luckily summer is right around the corner and we will have him home for three months! Also I’m sort of freaking out about being home by myself with two kids. Seriously, how am I supposed to do this? I may never leave my house again!

I’m working on a fun sponsored post for next week and I ordered two different colors of this towel from Amazon and I love them! They are super soft and perfect for my DIY project. And the price was pretty awesome too!

I’m working on building a sensory box with noodles for Jude to play with while I nurse Ezra. Probably something I should have done a month ago! I need to come up with some other fun activities for him to do while I feed and take care of Ezra so send me all your ideas!

Happy Friday friends! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

And as always, I’m linking up with all the lovely ladies listed on my linkup page! And don’t forget to like Ellie And Addie on Facebook or follow me on Instagram! Oh and my new favorite form of social media is Snapchat! I’m not so great at snapping (but I’m getting better!), but I love following everyone else! Find me at: ellieandaddie

Oh sweet Ezra! Keep the pictures coming. :) Can’t wait to see BTR’s finished project. I made some busy boxes for Cam which included crayons, coloring books, small books, toy cars, playdoh, etc. You can totally do this momma. Have faith. It gets easier. :)

Divide and conquer is the name of the game with two, huh? Next week will sure be an adjustment but I have confidence that you’ll do great! While I can’t give you advice from personal experience, I know there are plenty of wonderful mommas of two who would be happy to help you out :)

    • Oh we are totally splitting time, it’s the only way right now! Monday is going to be a shock for all of us, but we’ll learn!

What a sweet baby!!!!! You will survive – I PROMISE! Soon it’s the only normal you will know and you will want another! ;)

  • OH MY GOSH! Just looked at BTR’s IG account and that bed is UNREAL! So jealous of your husband’s wood working skills.

  • Sheridan Johnson

I love all of the sweet photos of your family! I can’t wait to see BTR’s finished product as well! I hope you have an amazing weekend!
I also blogged about my Friday happenings over at httpss://
    Hope you stop by! :)

    • Thank you so much for commenting Sheridan! I’m so excited for the finished bed, it’s going to be so much fun for Jude!

  • Love the newborn selfies! Gah that first week alone with both kids is full of anxiety and then it happens, you all survive and you can let out that huge sigh of relief! Snacks, playdough, tv (is that not ok to admit?) puzzles, books, and did I mention snacks? ;)

    • TV and snacks are ESSENTIAL to a happy toddler, no shame in my game. Right now it’s about surviving!

Oh that sweet baby! You just soak up those baby cuddles! It goes so fast! Aaaaand, yeah, it IS kind of terrifying being home alone with multiple kids at first, but you’ll figure it out and ROCK it! hope you have a great weekend!

    • Thank you so much Jennifer! Baby cuddles are the best! I’m totally terrified for next week, but I know we will all be fine in the end! Thanks for commenting!

  • You have the best excuse for being MIA, I mean look at that face!!! I wouldn’t do anything but stare at it all day.
I know I commented on your snap but seriously that bed is going to be EPIC. I can’t wait to see the finished product!!!

    • I’m really enjoying all the baby snuggles! And I cannot wait for this bed to be done!
