It’s super simple and so delicious and refreshing! Perfect for a summer evening cocktail!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of rosé
  • 1/3 cup of brandy
  • 1/3 cup of simple syrup (we make this all the time and store it in the fridge in a mason jar)
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1/2 cup of peach puree (I just threw some diced up peaches in our blender!)

We finally made it out to Eckert’s to go blackberry picking! They’ve been open for a few weeks and I’d been dying to go! And guess what we did with those blackberries? We made some cocktails!
